All items are shipped from Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
We ship to New Zealand, Australia, UK and USA. Delivery times are given at check out.
You can select an express delivery service if you need your order quickly.
Sometimes there may be delays which are beyond our control, but we will work with you to resolve these should they come up.
Orders for Australia, UK & USA may be subject to bank charges, import duties and taxes which are applied when the payment is processed, or the order reaches the destination.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is also responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in the destination country.

Standard Shipping Domestic (Heavy) NZ 5-20kg is $20.00
Standard International is $NZD20.00.-$59.00( Due to Covid-19, Standard shipping is not available)
Express International is $NZD50.00.-$159.00

We have a 30 day return policy. This applies to all products that have not been used.
All Quilts, Mattress Toppers and Pillows are final sale and not returnable.
