REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy if you are not happy for any reason no questions asked for a full refund. This applies to all products that have not been used, all pillows are final sale and not returnable.
Refunds, returns and exchanges should not be difficult. We have very few of them so we would like to treat each one individually rather than a long complicated policy.
Your rights will be upheld under consumer protection laws and legislation.
What you need to know is that if the product does not meet your satisfaction we will work with you to find a solution you are happy with.
If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will refund or replace them.
